How many years of warranty does Severux offer?

All products sold by Severux are covered by a warranty in accordance with current European legislation. This warranty applies to any lack of conformity or manufacturing defect that arises within three years from the date of delivery.

This warranty period applies to most products. However, in the case of industrial or professional machinery, the duration may be shorter. In such cases, the exact coverage period will be clearly stated in the product description or documentation.

The warranty includes free repair, replacement, or refund of the defective item, provided it was used under normal conditions and has not been improperly handled. Damages caused by misuse, unauthorized installation, external modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Consumable items such as batteries, filters, or other wear parts are not covered unless the issue originates from a factory defect.

This warranty is granted without prejudice to any additional legal rights you may have as a consumer under your local legislation, which remain fully valid.
